Lead Asbestos Surveyor
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Lead Asbestos Surveyor. A successful candidate would be required to cover contracts throughout the South of England. Individuals must be hardworking and self-motivated to achieve personal and company goals and be able to understand and learn company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will work alongside our already highly skilled surveying team. You will be expected to have sound knowledge of the HSG 264 along with current legislation, as you may be expected to provide advice relating to asbestos from time to time. You will be required to liaise with clients and contractors on relevant matters, take detailed site notes and compile detailed reports on all works carried out.
A successful candidate should possess a full clean driving licence and either RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying or hold a current P402 certificate together with qualities including:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in the Asbestos industry
• Friendly, calm and professional manner
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
• Desirable attributes, but not essential would be holding a P403, P404 or S301 certificate
